Junior 3D Tech Artist
Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate Junior Technical Artist to join our team and help bring our game AI project to life. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of both art and technology and be eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with artists and programmers to create and optimize art assets for game development.
- Assist in implementing and maintaining art pipelines, workflows, and tools to improve efficiency and quality.
- Learn and apply knowledge of 3D modeling, texturing, rigging, and animation techniques.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to asset creation and integration.
- Create and maintain clear and concise documentation for art processes and tools.

3D Engine Programmer (Rust Or C++ Specialist willing to learn Rust)
Seeking an experienced programmer with expertise in Rust for our game engine development.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and update 3D engine components using Rust.
- Optimize engine performance and address bottlenecks.
- Develop graphics modules, including rendering and shaders.
- Collaborate with game developers and artists.
- Stay updated on 3D engine tech trends, especially in Rust.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science/Software Engineering; Master’s preferred.
- 3-5 years in 3D engine development, proficient in Rust.
- Knowledge of 3D graphics, algorithms, and graphics APIs.
- Experience with shader programming, GPU techniques.
- Strong problem-solving, communication skills.
- Passion for continuous learning.
Preferred:
- Contributions to open-source Rust projects.
- Experience with ECS patterns in gaming.
